When will my order arrive? Standard delivery is 3–7 business days; express is 1–3. You'll get tracking once it ships.
Do you ship outside the Philippines? Not yet — delivery is Philippines-only for now.

What's your return window? 30 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Do items come assembled? Larger furniture ships flat-packed with clear instructions. Care guidance is on each product page.
