Return window

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. We'll arrange collection for large items, or send a return label for small ones.
3. Once the item is inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order and clearance items are final sale unless faulty.
